With years of experience in the mortgage business, Josh presents an intentional and skilled approach to working with a range of buyers. As a loan officer, Josh is ready to work closely with clients as they achieve personal financial goals, ultimately becoming home owners.

Born and raised in Morristown, Josh has called Knoxville home for the last thirteen years. After attending the University of Tennessee, Josh spent his post college years working for different companies before being welcomed into the Foundation Mortgage family. Led to the industry by a fellow colleague, Josh appreciates the relevance of mortgages, and the potential to guide buyers’ in achieving their goals. Outside of the workplace, Josh enjoys golfing, traveling, and watching Tennessee football. Drawn to Knoxville’s lifestyle and pace, Josh appreciates the city’s location and mountain views. As a loan officer for Foundation Mortgage, Josh is ready to make a professional impact in the company and the community.
